My name is Brad Granlund and I am the Broker/Owner of RCR Royal Carpet Realty Ltd.

My passion for Real Estate comes almost instinctively due to my entrepreneurial background and family history. From the age of 14-21 years old I owned/operated a skateboard/snowboard shop in Red Deer. My father (Gerry Granlund) founded RCR Royal Carpet Realty Ltd. more than 45 years ago in is still actively selling Commercial real estate. I obtained my real estate in 1993 before finishing my Bachelor of Commerce degree in Marketing at the University of Calgary. Shortly there after I started a distribution company named Under Pressure Inc. but realized after two years that real estate was my true passion. 

I have strived throughout my real estate career to develop long term relationships with my clientele. This has been the pinnacle to my success in the business. My ability to provide a high level of customer service and satisfaction, along with my extensive contract knowledge, negotiation expertise, product and market knowledge has helped forge valuable relationships. My involvement as a Broker/Owner in an independent brokerage has provided me with a more in depth understanding of the entire transaction process which has proved to be a valuable asset to my clientele, sales associates and sales associates clientele.
